Getting Started
This guide is designed for students and researchers engaged in subject specific research in physics. If you need only a few articles or books on a topic in physics for a NATS or writing classes you may want to use one or more of the Popular all-purpose Databases and/or search the Library Catalog by keyword.
Background Information
Dictionaries and encyclopedias provide brief definitions or both short and long articles on topics. These sources help you learn more about unfamiliar topics and terminology used. Style guides provide rules and examples for citing references for different publications.
